I think a little good news is in order for this spring update. CONGRATULATIONS to our newest agent,Craig Santenello! Already, in just a few short months, Craig has two new listings and his first contract. He is going to be a superstar and we are so happy to have him working with us.
Filomena Siner and I are re-listing a lovelyhome on Ashford Lane in Waterbury. The really great news about this neighborhood is that the "no dog" rule may be lifted any day now. We are anxiously awaiting the news. This will open the neighborhood up to all those dog lovers out there!
Also, my listing up on Scrabble Hill Road in Duxbury has had a recent price reduction to $329,900. Don't forget about all that Duxbury has to offer and the proximity to fantastic Camel's Hump hiking trails. This home features nearly 13 private acres and as you can see, direct views of Camel's Hump! A two car garage with a whole house generator is a great bonus along with the cleanest, driest basement you've every seen.
JoanieKeating in my office has reduced the price of her listing on Loomis Hill in Waterbury Center as well. Come take a look. It's really a gorgeous property with big Green Mountain views. You've got to check out the kitchen!
It's true that the lower priced properties, between $250,000 and $300,000, are flying off the shelves. We are even seeing multiple offers in some situations. This is certainly a boost to our market, but we are waiting for the higher priced homes to catch up with this trend. It will come, it's just a matter of time.
