This week, CENTURY 21 Jack Associates is holding it's annual company meeting we call the "Breakfast of Champions". This is an important time where we honorour successes, both as individual agents and as a company. It's an exciting morning packed with recognition of our production, and also recognition of community service and all of the hard work we do OUTSIDE of the business of selling real estate. Our agents are very involved in their local communities, from serving on school boards to participating in fundraising and even competing in great sporting events like the Face off Against Breast Cancer Hockey Tournament (yes, that's me) where over $70,ooo was raised for patient support services. This year, I am being presented with a very special award called the Quality Service Pinnacle Award. This is the third year in a row I have received this, and I am very grateful to my many clients who took the time to respond to the survey. In order to qualify, an agent must have a satisfaction rate of at least 95% by clients who have returned a quality service questionnaire and a certain percentage of survey results must be received. Only a very small number of agents in the CENTURY 21 System receive this award. Agents get special recognition at our Annual Convention, which was held this year in Las Vegas. In my opinion, the satisfaction of my clients is what keeps me going every day. That is the reason I am in this business. THANK YOU for working with me!
