This past Wednesday I attended my monthly Company meeting. We have about 55 agents at CENTURY 21 Jack Associates, and we cover most of the state in our ten offices. We had a special assignment for this meeting which was to prepare an "Elevator Speech" and present it to the group. An elevator speech is a quick, 30 second spiel that you might give to someone you run into on the street, or in the grocery store, or in an elevator, that would best describe you and the way that you do business that differentiates you from your competition. I like the way mine came out, so I thought I'd share it with you:
"Selling real estate isn't about technology or sales or gimmicks or marketing, its about people. Helping people. Of course those elements are important in the process, but my goal is to ensure that the experience I provide you is attentive, detailed, and most of all personal. You will be working with an agent who is dedicated to your every need, who is compassionate and understanding and who will listen. The personal touch that is lacking in many businesses today wont be lacking with me. I have the experience, the tools, the success, but most importantly, Im here to help you. What can I do for you today?"

Also, I wanted to remind you all of my listing in the Harvey Farm. This is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the area. The unique common land provides walking, biking and skiing trails, a pond, and stunning Green Mountain Views. How does 5 minutes to Interstate 89 sound? Become part of the Waterbury community!
